Meet Me
Ashlynn Padmore, LCSW
My name is Ashlynn Padmore (Wigen), and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-8911315) based in Hayden, Idaho. I am deeply passionate about mental health and feel honored to support individuals on their unique journeys toward healing and growth.
I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from Lewis-Clark State College and my Master’s Degree in Social Work from Boise State University. I have experience working with children, teens, families, couples, and adults, and I now primarily work with adult women. I am an inclusive, secular therapist and LGBTQIA+ affirming.
I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), an evidence-based approach that helps the brain process and heal from distressing or traumatic experiences. While EMDR can be a powerful tool, I take an integrative approach to therapy, tailoring each session to the unique needs of the individual. I consider myself a person-centered, relational therapist who places a strong emphasis on the therapeutic relationship as the foundation for meaningful change.
I understand that starting therapy can feel intimidating. My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, valued, and supported. Together, we will focus on your goals and ensure that our work feels aligned with what you need, helping you move toward a greater sense of clarity, connection, and well-being.
On a more personal note, I’m an avid reader and podcast listener. I enjoy staying active through weightlifting, hiking, and yoga, and I love cooking, traveling, and learning new things. I especially value spending time with my husband, our sweet cat Theo, and my family and friends.
